If you're interested in making hoops to sell, and would like to support Hoops-4-All by AlLoveUs through giving away every 5th hoop--sell 4, give 1 away to whoever it pleases you to give it to.
My recommendation is to charge $10/1; $15/2; $20/3; & $25/4. It's reasonable, and encourages folks to buy various sizes.
